Cool post!!! It was interesting to see The Acengers listed multiple times as most disappointing. I loved it and it was a huge surprise for me. I felt the ingredients were in place for a possible disaster but the fact that Wheden actually pulls it off was certainly not disappointing but surprising for me. I am also still not seeing all the hate for John Carter. It’s certainly not a great film but it has its moments.

Maybe it was a matter of expectations. Mine were completely high and it just didn’t fulfill them. I also didn’t dig the humor and was even bored at times. Very disappointing for me. And ugh, I hated John Carter. I thought it was so dumb and LONG.
