From and Inspired By: Wanted
Hello followers! For this edition of F&IB I want to share with you one of my favorite songs from a movie. It’s Danny Elfman’s cool “The Little Things” from the much-maligned Wanted, directed by Timur Bekmambetov (a film I absolutely love).
James McAvoy is great as the neurotic, high-strung Wesley, the visuals are breathtaking and the action is relentless. Yes, it defies logic in all ways imaginable but it’s such a fun ride. I can’t believe how much people hate this one!
Listen to Elfman’s tune and tell me what you think about it and the film it’s from. Also, just wanted to let you know I watched Skyfall on Friday and really liked it. Expect my review very soon 🙂

No way man, I cant bear him! And Im British! Also a little jealous he gets to act alongside Jolie, but yeah I cant stand to watch him. Sorry my friend 🙂

I’ve never seen Wanted, but the song is pretty good! I agree with Tyson in the sense that I don’t know how he got the part in this movie. Is he any good in it? He doesn’t seem to belong there alongside Angelina Jolie… But I haven’t seen it, so I don’t know.

I thought he was very good in Wanted. He’s fantastic at the beginning, when his character is this high-strung, neurotic guy, kind of a loser. But as the film progresses, he undergoes a transformation and becomes a powerful assassin. McAvoy handled that transformation very well. Jolie was good but was mostly “eye candy” (and not really since she is INCREDIBLY skinny).
