Margin Call [2011]
I’m really glad J.C. Chandor’s been getting all sorts of acclaim for his debut Margin Call but I hate him a little bit for making me feel very stupid. My knowledge and understanding of the financial world is severely scarce, which is why I got next to nothing of what happened during the film. Still, the performances from its impeccable and decidedly unflashy cast and the clean, polished look of the film were enough to captivate me.
I felt the same way: http://fastfilmreviews.wordpress.com/2011/10/28/margin-call/
Glad you’re writing reviews again by the way!

Glad to know I’m not alone. And thanks! I just needed a little time to sit down and write a quick review. Everything’s been crazy lately but I’m glad I finally got to writing these little reviews. Expect more during the week.
